My husband and I had a wonderful cycling holiday in July, from Prague to Berlin. The organization is very good, the choice of hotels is good, the bikes are good. The route runs almost entirely on the cycle path. A tour immersed in nature, in the historical and architectural richness of the cities you pass through.

Just completed a wonderful experience in Ireland Clare & Burren. Cyclando provided us with the bikes, booked the overnight stays in surprise locations decided by them and transferred the luggage. We made the tracks independently to get to where we were interested

We have been doing this type of traveling holiday by bike since 2005, to discover Northern Europe. This year was our first experience with Cyclando and everything was impeccable from the first contacts with the staff, specifically with Maria Grazia who organized everything for us and promptly answered our questions. The "Bavarian Beer Tour" is beautiful, the landscape is never monotonous and very varied, you visit enchanting villages and the hotels we slept in were all very central. Cyclando is very patient to understand the cyclist needs. They provide the participants with updated cycle maps downloadable on mobiles .The maps are very precise and highly trustworthy. At times we used to be confused whether to follow road signs or cycle maps --answer is just follow cycle map --it will take you safely through very scenic locations and scenic countrysides. Cyclando ensured that our luggage was transferred seamlessly to different hotels . We stayed 10 nights in 10 different hotels in 10 different towns.-Everywhere it was a pleasure to see our luggage reached before us. Cyclando is very transparent and responsive if clients face any issue --even if its an issue with their partners rendering various services. And their 24x7 helpline was very useful. Cycles never had a puncture--we were very particular on thsi point and it seems that tyres and tubes were paid attention to. Also suggestions about ideal distance to be covered during any given day were useful --though we combined some distances due to lack of time . but if one has more time and one sticks to cyclando suggested distance it would be more pleasurable. Overall it was great fun and pleasant experience getting cycles,stay,luggage transfer arranged through them .

Tour bike 5 Terre

Excellent service was provided by Cyclando staff. I contacted Cyclando with a couple ideas of what type of bicycle ride our group wanted to do. A response was received that included offerings of many tour companies. We selected one (Munich to Venice) and the tour exceeded our expectations. We plan to go with Cyclando Green Nature in 2024 also.

Danube Cycle Path: From Linz to Vienna in tandem Super positive experience with Cyclando. Starting from the organization of the trip (they organized everything in a week), from their willingness to look for us a tandem (it was not included in the original package because it was little requested for this type of tour) to use for this trip up to the choice of accommodation for the the various stages. The kit they provided us at the first hotel was complete with all the directions, maps, GPS tracks, emergency number and various instructions for the tour. Tandem supplied to us with two comfortable side bags and a front bag (see photo) in excellent condition, performing and without any problems (14 changes)... even if with a saddle that is not 100% ergonomic Very comfortable and always punctual luggage transport without any problems. Wachau wine tasting included in the very interesting and pleasant package. Danube cycle path (Linz-Vienna section) always well signposted (the GPS tracks provided to us before departure are almost useless). Highly recommended, great professionalism.
