Cyclando is an innovative startup established in 2019 and operating in the e-commerce sector for tourism which intends to collect and make purchasable with a click all the services connected to the use of bikes and more extensively for cycle tourism. The company intends to collect specialized travel packages, experiences, services (e.g. bike hotels, rentals, etc.) in order to make the experience of choice, construction and booking of a simple, comparable, customizable and fast cycling trip in Europe. The InnoCicloTour (ICT) project aims to improve the way these products are presented, communicated and sold to the final customer. In fact, the activated technological innovation resides in the innovative methods of data management with which cycling travel packages are described, permitting aggregation in the Cyclando e-commerce platform.
