Description

Day 1: Constance
Individual arrival in Constance and check-in at the hotel. Depending on your arrival time, take some time to visit the island of Mainau, which, thanks to its mild climate, is a true floral paradise. You can also take a walk through the narrow streets of old town Constance or visit the aquarium at the Sea Life Center or the archeological museum.

Day 2: Constance – Gailingen / Stein am Rhein / Wangen – Gailingen (30 or 40 km)
The first bike stage takes you along the Gnadensee branch of the lake to Radolfzell, once an imperial city and today a renowned resort. You will then head towards the Swiss town of Stein am Rhein, passing through the peninsula of Höri, which was the home of writer Hermann Hesse and artist Otto Dix.

Day 3: Gailingen/Ludwigshafen – Überlingen (45 or 60 km)
Today, you will bike around the Höri peninsula to reach the spa town of Radolfzell. Passing through Bodanrück and numerous orchards, you will arrive in Bodman and Ludwigshafen on Lake Überlingen. Following the bike path along the shore, you will reach the city of the same name, Überlingen. From a distance you can already admire the majestic Cathedral of St. Nicholas.

Day 4: Überlingen – Kressbronn / Lindau (45 or 60 km)
From Uberlingen, through gentle vineyards, you will reach Friedrichshafen. Along the way, you will come across the Baroque church of Birnau, a pilgrimage destination, and the ancient city of Meersburg, where it's worth stopping for a walk to the old castle. In Friedrichshafen, the birthplace of the zeppelin, it's worth visiting the museum, especially if you are a fan of aviation and technology. You will then continue to Kressbronn and stay overnight in Lindau.

Day 5: Lindau – Arbon (50 km)
In the morning, take some time to visit the Bavarian city of Lindau, located on an island and connected to the mainland by two bridges, at the border of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will then head towards Bregenz, another famous tourist spot where you will be surrounded by the blue skies, mountains, and lake. The city, the capital of the Vorarlberg region, is also a vibrant cultural hub where the annual theater festival takes place. From here, you can take the cable car up to mount Pfander, which gives splendid views of the entire lake. Then, you will cross an important nature reserve in the Rhine delta, between Austria and Switzerland. You will stay overnight in Arbon.

Day 6: Arbon – Constance (30 km)
On the last day, you will pass through the region of Romanshorn, which houses the most important port on the Swiss side. You will cross many villages with timber-framed houses to finally return to Lake Constance by bike. If you haven't done so yet, you can visit the island of Mainau.

Day 7: Constance
After breakfast, the services end and individual departures.
