Description

Day 1: Olbia
Private transfer or individual arrival in Olbia. After settling your luggage, take the opportunity to stroll in this beautiful city, visit the museums or simply enjoy the view over the Gulf of Olbia.

Day 2: Olbia – Castelsardo (103 km; +1400 m)
The first stage of your tour will take you from the coast to the hinterland, where towering peaks overlook endless expanses of ancient cork forests, dotted with bizarre wind-carved granite boulders, creating a striking panorama. You will then cross the imposing Valle della Luna, made up of incredible granite rocks shaped by the force of time, to finish the day by cycling along the coastal road to Castelsardo, a charming village perched on a promontory overlooking the sea, where you can admire the striking medieval castle and its picturesque streets.

Day 3: Castelsardo – Alghero (93 km; +1340 m)
You will leave Castelsardo to head towards Alghero, cycling on the gentle hills of Anglona that will offer breathtaking views of the coast and Corsica. After the adrenaline rush of Scala di Giocca descent, you will arrive in Alghero where you can stroll through the historical city centre and enjoy a dinner of fresh fish.

Day 4: Alghero – Mores (81 km; +1270 m)
After a light warm-up along one of the island's most beautiful panoramic roads, you will tackle a challenging climb that will take you to the hinterland of Villanova Monteleone. The strenuous climb will be rewarded by the spectacular descent on Lake Temo, an artificial dam made at the foot of Mount Aiuradu, up to Mores.

Day 5: Mores – Pattada (79 km; 1516 m)
Today's stage will take you to cross the mountain range of Goceano, cycling through breathtaking landscapes. Along the way, you will discover the magnificent Foresta Burgos, a forest founded in 1886 by royal decree and expanded over the years. You will end the day in Pattada, famous for its handmade knife Pattadesa.

Day 6: Pattada – Posada (86 km; +1230 m)
You will leave Pattada heading east through Su Romanzesu, a large residential and cultural complex immersed in a cork oak forest with granite outcrops, representing a precious and fascinating legacy of the Nuragic civilization. Before arriving in Posada, the final destination of the day, you will discover Siniscola: a charming village that encloses white sandy beaches.

Day 7: Posada – Olbia (55 km; +300 m)
Today a short journey awaits you along the turquoise waters of Capo Coda Cavallo and Tavolara, an imposing limestone and granite island that rises from the sea, 560 meters high. Alternatively, you can choose a more challenging inland route. Both routes end in Olbia, the vibrant capital of Gallura that opens onto a turquoise bay and dazzling beaches. On the high pedestrian street Corso Umberto you can relax enjoying some of the local specialties, accompanied by a glass of fresh Vermentino, the best way to celebrate the end of this fantastic bicycle journey.

Day 7: Olbia
After breakfast, end of services and individual departure.
