Description

```html
Day 1: Cagliari
Private transfer or individual arrival in Cagliari. After settling in, take advantage of the time to visit this incredible city.
Day 2: Cagliari – Muravera (90 km; +800 m)
The ride starts along the Poetto, Cagliari's long 10 km stretch of white sandy beach, beloved by locals. Continue along the beautiful coastal road to Villasimius. This scenic route was included in the Giro d’Italia 2007 and 2017 itineraries.
Day 3: Muravera – Orroli (75 km; +1400 m)
 Leave the coast and begin to explore the Sardinian hinterland. After climbing the hills of Gerrei, head towards Lake Mulargia and end your cycling day in Orroli, the village of centenarians. Orroli is in fact a Blue Zone, a place where people live much longer than average.
Day 4: Orroli – Baressa (77 km; +700 m)
 Continue cycling along the beaten paths on the gentle hills of Marmilla, where the Giara plateau lies. Large, traffic-free scenic roads will lead you to a part of Sardinia rich in history. At Su Nuraxi, in the town of Barumini, the Nuragic civilization reached the height of its development. Su Nuraxi is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Day 5: Baressa – Buggerru (80 km; 800 m)
Today you'll cycle west across the fields of Campidano. Enjoy the spectacular 7 km descent before reaching the golden beach of Portixeddu. End the day in the small village of Buggerru, which was once an important mining town. The mines were abandoned many years ago, but many remains are still visible.
Day 6: Buggerru – Sant’Antioco (67 or 84 km; 700/900 m)
 Leave Buggerru heading south along a spectacular coast. Beautifully surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub is the village of Nebida, where you can admire the Pan di Zucchero rock and the ancient Lamarmora mineral washhouse. It is a unique example of industrial archaeology, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, overlooking the sea at the end of a long descent. You'll then travel from one island to another up to Carloforte, where locals still fish for bluefin tuna. Overnight stay in the center of Sant’Antioco, where you can enjoy the lively local life.
Day 7: Sant’Antioco – Pula (85 km; 650 m)
 The final ride of your tour is along the beautiful Costa del Sud with its sparkling white beaches, pristine natural landscapes, and imposing cliffs. This coastal road, a sequence of 20 km of short climbs and thrilling descents, is undoubtedly one of the best cycling roads in all of Sardinia. In Nora, explore the ancient Phoenician settlement before celebrating the end of this fantastic journey with a cold Ichnusa beer in Pula.
Day 8: Pula
After breakfast, end of services and individual departure.
