Description

Sure, here's the translated bicycle trip program as HTML text: ```html
Day 1: Tortolì
Private transfer or individual arrival in Tortolì. After settling your luggage, take the opportunity to visit this incredible city.

Day 2: Tortolì – Cardedu (30 or 40 km)
Pack your swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen in your bags and get ready for a day full of sea colors and the splendid beaches of Sardinia! As you ride leisurely, you will be enchanted by the beauty of the coastal landscapes and their variety. You will pass in front of the white sand of Lido di Orrì and the red stacks of Cea Bay, ride up the green basalt plateau of Teccu, and reach Barisardo where you can visit the ancient Aragonese tower erected on the beach to defend the population from pirates. You will then head towards the marina of Cardedu, where long white beaches bathed by blue and crystalline sea await you.

Day 3: Cardedu – Osini (43 km)
The second day's itinerary begins by climbing the schistose valley of Rio Pardu, a Natural Monument of Sardinia, a road that will take you through green hills covered with olive groves and rows of vines that produce the famous Cannonau wine. Continuing on your bike, the path will lead you to the small ghost towns of Osini and Gairo Vecchio, abandoned in the 1950s after some terrible floods. Places where you can feel the charm of a now-vanished world. You will finally reach Ulassai, where we recommend taking a walk to admire the charm of the old stone houses. A visit to the local textile cooperative, managed by skilled artisans who are masters in working the horizontal loom and specialize in creating original fabrics with designs related to Sardinian tradition and local artists, is highly recommended. Alternatively, you might opt for a visit to the famous Su Marmuri Caves or the contemporary art museum La Stazione dell'Arte.

Day 4: Osini – Seui (53 km)
High cliffs, holm oak and Mediterranean scrub forests, and wide views of the surrounding area will accompany you on this day of biking. Leaving the plateau, you will pass along the dirt road where the tracks of the old narrow-gauge railway once lay, with a beautiful view over the Pardu Valley. You will arrive at the small hamlet of Gairo Tacquisara, located at the base of the limestone massif. A long descent followed by a climb will take you to the village of Ussassai, and from there you will reach Seui, a town rich in history and culture, where you can visit the old Spanish prisons and the museum of peasant culture.

Day 5: Seui – Villagrande Strisaili (52 km)
Today you will conquer the peak of the tour, and from this vantage point, you will enjoy splendid views over the surrounding mountains and valleys. A visit to the superb Ardasai Nuraghe, a magnificent example of these megalithic structures that are over 3000 years old, is a must. Looking north, you can see Punta La Marmora, the highest mountain in Sardinia. Under the shadow of the majestic Tacco di Perda ‘e Liana, you will pass through splendid landscapes and extensive forests where it will not be difficult to encounter cows, donkeys, pigs, goats, or horses. You will continue to discover the Gennargentu Park by pedaling along the smiling banks of Lake Alto Flumendosa, crossing the route of the Trenino Verde, one of the most beautiful railway lines in the world.

Day 6: Villagrande Strisaili – Santa Maria Navarrese (27 or 41 km)
Breathe deep and taste the water from the springs you encounter on your journey: you are within the famous Sardinian Blue Zone, places that hold the world record for the longevity of their inhabitants. From the small hamlet of Villanova, we gently ascend the road before tackling a climb that will keep you busy for a few kilometers, at the end of which you will be rewarded with the beautiful panorama that stretches from the S’Arcu ‘e S’Orostode pass, across the green hills, and into the blue sea.

Day 7: Santa Maria Navarrese (25 km)
After a week on the pedals, you deserve a boat trip along the splendid coasts of Eastern Sardinia! Do not miss: Cala Goloritzé, Cala Sisine, and Cala Luna. For the more tenacious cyclists, we suggest a loop inland around Santa Maria Navarrese.

Day 8: Santa Maria Navarrese
After breakfast, end of services and individual departure.
