Description

Sure, here is the translated bicycle trip program in English as HTML text: ```html
Day 1: Montevecchio
Private transfer or individual arrival in Montevecchio.

Day 2: Costa Verde Loop (38 km; +920 m)
The Sardinia bike tour begins by crossing the center of Montevecchio, once the most important mining center in the Sulcis area, where you will enjoy the fantastic single track along the Rio Irvi, which you will have to cross 18 times before reaching the sea. After skirting the beautiful Costa Verde, whose waters live up to its name, the unmistakable profile of Monte Arcuentu will be your point of reference as you return to your agriturismo.

Day 3: Montevecchio – Fluminimaggiore (41 km; +750 m)
Immersed in the Mediterranean scrub, another exciting single track takes you to the Piscinas beach with its dunes up to 50 meters high: among the highest living dunes in Europe. During the subsequent climb, you will cross the village of Ingortosu, another testimony of the now ceased mining activities. This evening, a welcoming agriturismo with excellent cuisine is ready to host you.

Day 4: Fluminimaggiore – Nebida (39 or 44 km; +1060 m)
After crossing Fluminimaggiore, a small town characterized by murals of social protest, pedaling in the unspoiled nature of this corner of Sardinia, you will travel on ancient mining roads until you return to the coast in Nebida, where you will stay tonight. Don’t miss a unique spectacle: the view of the suggestive Pan di Zucchero rock at sunset.

Day 5: Nebida – Calasetta (43 km; +250 m)
After three days of climbs and dirt roads, you can take a day to catch your breath: a beautiful descent will take you to Fontanamare and from there you will reach Portoscuso, to embark for the Island of Carloforte, famous for bluefin tuna fishing. From Carloforte, you will move on to Calasetta, on the Island of Sant’Antioco, where you will stay for the night.

Day 6: Calasetta – S. Anna Arresi/Teulada (46 km; +700 m)
Another easy day pedaling through the meadows, green in spring and gold in summer, of the Island of Sant’Antioco. In Tratalias, the Pisanic sanctuary awaits you, one of the most significant monuments of Sardinian Romanesque architecture. Along the Monte Pranu lake, you will breathe the sweetness and tranquility of the flat countryside of Sulcis.

Day 7: S. Anna Arresi – Pula (60 km; +1200 m)
The final crowning of the Sardinia bike tour is the suggestive and wild southern coast, with its white beaches, lush nature, and imposing cliffs: Capo Malfatano, with its 16th-century tower, Capo Spartivento, and Chia. In Nora, you can visit the ancient Phoenician settlement. The toughest riders can sweat it out by scaling the mountains of lower Sulcis with a suggestive itinerary through the Is Cannoneris forest, which will lead them directly to Pula.

Day 8: Pula
After breakfast, end of services and individual departure.
