Description

Day 1: Bad Ischl
Individual arrival at Bad Ischl. After sorting your luggage, you will receive the informative material and your travel documents.

Day 2: Bad Ischl – Lake Attersee (19 km; +299/-289 m)
You start from Bad Ischl towards Ebensee, following the course of the Traun River. After reaching Mitterweißenbach, turn towards the Weißenbachtal (Rio Bianco Valley). The route then goes through shady woods and climbs slightly uphill, until you reach the Weißenbachklamm gorge, where you can admire a picturesque chapel. You then continue to Lake Attersee. If you wish, you can circumnavigate the beautiful Lake Attersee, covering about 50 km. Overnight stay in Weißenbach. 

Day 3: Weißenbach – Lake Mondsee – Lake Wolfgangsee (42 or 48 km; +594/-534 m)
After crossing the village of Unterach and passing Loibichl, you reach Lake Mondsee and its village, where it is highly recommended to visit the beautiful Collegiate Church. The route then continues along the left bank of the lake, through St. Lorenz, reaching Scharfling. A short climb from there will lead you to the Passo with the same name. Finally, after passing Krottensee and St. Gilgen, you arrive at Abersee, the western part of Lake Wolfgangsee. Overnight stay on Lake Wolfgangsee.

Day 4: Lake Wolfgangsee
On this day of rest, enjoy some deserved relaxation immersed in the splendid lake landscape.

Day 5: Lake Wolfgangsee – Lake Traunsee – Bad Goisern (76 km; +569/-644 m)
Starting from Strobl, on the bike, you will head towards Bad Ischl. Once in the city, you can follow the bike path that will lead you to Ebensee, on the shores of Lake Traunsee. We recommend taking a boat to reach “Gasthof Hoisn”, located at the foot of Mount Traunstein. Subsequently, you can continue along the lake shore, passing through Gmunden and Traunkirchen, then return to Bad Ischl and finally reach Bad Goisern. Overnight stay in Bad Goisern.

Day 6: Lake Hallstaettersee – Bad Aussee (27 km; +535/-361 m)
You leave from Bad Goisern and pedal towards Lake Hallstaettersee, along whose banks lies the beautiful village of Hallstatt, included among the Most Beautiful Villages in Europe. After reaching Winkel, you turn towards Dachsteinhof, Brand and Reith, and continue until you reach the Koppenbrueller Cave. From there, the route crosses the picturesque Koppental Valley, climbs to the Kppenpass and finally arrives at Bad Aussee. Overnight stay in Bad Aussee.

Day 7: Bad Aussee – Bad Ischl (35 km; +310/-490 m)
You will start from Bad Aussee and along the Koppental road you will reach Lake Hallstaettersee: located in the Austrian Alps it is known for its crystal clear waters, the surrounding mountains and the picturesque villages along the shore. Afterwards you will return to Bad Ischl where you will stay overnight.

Day 8: Bad Ischl
After breakfast, end of services and individual departure.
