Description

Day 1: Prague – Telč
After individual arrival in Prague, we'll meet around 9:00AM for transfer to Telč (160 km). You'll then have free time to visit the small town, often referred to as the Moravian Venice, a true gem in the south of Moravia.

Day 2: Telč – Jindřichův Hradec (45 km)
Before starting your journey through Bohemia on your bicycles, there will be an opportunity to visit Telč castle, with its neighboring English park and the splendid ensemble of historic houses in renaissance and Baroque style located in the square. This stage winds through the hills of Moravia, a historical Czech region and European crossroad where, in ancient times, the routes that connected the East with the West crossed. You will have the chance to visit the Jindrichuv Hradec Castle, the only Renaissance castle with a Gothic palace.

Day 3: Jindřichův Hradec – Třeboň (45 km)
Your journey today is an easy course along the big forests of the Czech border continuing into the Trebon region, in the South Bohemia, known for fish hatcheries and artificial lakes. At Perslak, you will touch the northernmost point of Austria and then proceed towards Trebon, a medieval town where you can visit its castle, garden and the Schwarzenberg tomb.

Day 4: Třeboň – Český Krumlov (53 or 64 km)
Today's stage of your journey through Bohemia on bicycle is quite challenging and crosses a hilly countryside on paved roads. If needed, you can take advantage of the support vehicle following you. Cesky Krumlov is perhaps the most beautiful medieval town in Central Europe, with the country's second largest castle; you'll surely enjoy spending some time strolling leisurely through the narrow streets and lanes of its old town exploring the village.

Day 5: Český Krumlov
Your biking journey gives you a break today: you have the entire day free to discover a gem of the Czech Republic. Alternatively, you can join a tour of the castle and gardens, followed by a bicycle tour around town, or even enjoy a rafting experience along the Vltava (Moldava), the longest river in Czech Republic.

Day 6: Český Krumlov – Hluboká nad Vltavou (42 km)
Your tour continues with an easy bike ride along the banks of the Moldava. You'll pass through Ceske Budejovice, birthplace of Budweiser beer. The town square is the largest in all of Central Europe. Following your city tour, you'll continue along the Vltava river to cycle the last 12 km to Hluboka.

Day 7: Hluboká nad Vltavou – Holasovice – Hluboká (45 km)
The final stage of the journey involves a brief circular tour with the opportunity to visit Hluboka Castle. In the late afternoon, you'll depart by private bus to return to Prague. You'll have free time in the city upon your arrival.

Day 8: Prague
After breakfast, our services end and we'll depart individually.
