Description

Day 1: Helsingborg
Individual arrival and hotel accommodation, located in the center of Helsingborg with easy access to the city's main attractions such as the medieval watchtower Kärnan and the Church of Santa Maria. A welcome briefing and bike testing (if booked) awaits you in the evening.

Day 2: Helsingborg – Ängelholm (60 km)
Starting with a ride along the Helsingborg seafront, you will soon pass by Sofiero Palace and its gardens. The park is a flourishing oasis and was awarded as the Most Beautiful Park in Europe, in 2010. You will then continue along the coast through small fishing villages and small boat harbors. The tour will take you to Höganäs, where you can see and purchase the world-renowned Höganäs ceramics, and through the Kulla Peninsula, passing through vineyards and small farm shops, before arriving in Ängelholm.

Day 3: Ängelholm – Halmstad (75 or 95 km)
From Ängelholm you will follow the coast to Vejbystrand, through open meadows and several small coastal communities. At Magnarps Port, you can stop to try a delicious seafood restaurant (well hidden) with breathtaking sea views. You will then leave the coast to pedal through the peninsula and towards the beautiful summer city of Båstad. Your journey will continue along one of Sweden's longest sandy beaches, passing through the towns of Skummeslövsstrand and Mellbystrand. Cycling, you will also cross the Tönnrersa and Gullbranna nature reserves before reaching Halmstad.

Day 4: Halmstad – Falkenberg (60 km)
Today, you can look forward to Sweden's most famous beach: Tylösand. The trip continues north along the coast: the sea, the open countryside, exciting nature reserves, and lush cultivated fields will accompany you along the next stretch. You will then pass by Ugglarp, a small coastal community rich in gardens and a beautiful beach resort. The route leads through the beautiful Grimsholmen to Falkenberg, which is one of the oldest medieval towns in the Halland region.

Day 5: Falkenberg – Varberg (40 km)
Today you will pass through picturesque fishing villages, artists, and craftsmen. At Träslövsläge, you can enjoy fresh lobsters, but also delicious ice cream of local tradition. Take some time to stroll through the oldest part of the town before continuing your bike tour to Varberg, with its impressive fortress.

Day 6: Varberg – Kungsbacka (60 or 70 km)
North of Varberg, the landscape changes: the sandy beaches become less and less, while the rocky coast prevails and the first islands begin to appear in the sea. Continuing along fields and horse farms, you will finally reach Kungsbacka, a welcoming town with an imposing old town.

Day 7: Kungsbacka – Gothenburg (40 or 65 km)
Have you missed the sea? Fear not, because today it will again accompany you along your stage. You will pedal towards Vallda and Särö, the former playground of the old royal family and the high society of Gothenburg. You will then reach the old railway, now transformed into a cycle path right by the sea. Cliffs, lush forests, bays, and marinas will accompany you to Gothenburg. Skirt the harbor to enter Sweden's second-largest city and enjoy your last overnight stay.

Day 8: Gothenburg
After breakfast, end of services and individual departure or possibility to book one or more extra nights in Gothenburg.
