Description

```html
Day 1: Seville
Individual arrival in Seville, the capital of Andalusia, with free time to visit the city, famous worldwide for its folklore and culture. Strolling through the center, you can visit the Gothic cathedral and the Giralda, the bell tower, and the ancient Arab fortress, surrounded by charming palaces and old neighborhoods with their narrow streets. Seville is synonymous with flamenco, tapas, and festivities, and you can savor delicious meat and fish dishes with distinct Arab influences.
Day 2: Seville – Carmona (50 km; +485 m)
After picking up the bicycles, you will leave Seville using its extensive network of urban bike paths, heading southeast to reach a beautiful dirt trail along the Guadaíra River. Cycling through the plain amidst cereal crops, sunflower fields, and many small villages, you will arrive in the fortified town of Carmona, where you will stay in a Parador (a Spanish hotel chain offering stays in exclusive locations) within a 14th-century Moorish fortress.
Day 3: Carmona – Montellano (68 km; +594 m)
Today's leg is quite long but mostly flat. You will ride south along quiet country roads, surrounded by fields of cereals, sunflowers, and olive groves. You will pass through small traditional-looking towns, where you can stop for a coffee or a refreshing beer.
Day 4: Montellano – Arcos de la Frontera (60 km; +609 m)
Today you have a hilly leg ahead. Starting from Montellano, you will see the Grazalema mountains in the distance. You will pedal through the pristine Mediterranean forest, of immense beauty. Most of the route is along quiet country roads, and a stretch of about 8 km winds along a Via Verde (a disused railway line now converted into a cycle path). For lunch, we recommend a stop in the typical Andalusian town of Puerto Serrano: a good place to stop before continuing to Arcos de la Frontera, where you will stay in another Parador.
Day 5: Arcos – Jerez de la Frontera (56 km; +410 m)
Departure from Arcos, along a route mostly following the Guadalete River, which winds along the quiet country roads of Andalusia. The Mediterranean scrub and numerous agricultural plots characterize the landscape, with many small villages where you can stop for a break during the journey. Awaiting you for the night is Jerez de la Frontera, one of the main centers of Andalusia and the cradle of flamenco, as well as being famous for Sherry and the Andalusian dressage school.
Day 6: Jerez – Cádiz (65 km; +103 m)
On this final leg, you head south of Andalusia to reach the sea and the ancient city of Cádiz. A first stop will take you to the beautiful town of El Puerto de Santa Maria, where you will find many restaurants serving fresh fish. Cádiz is thought to be the oldest city in Western Europe. Rich in history and beauty, its monuments and wonderful beaches are enough to make any visitor fall in love. Your tour will conclude along the beach cycle paths and will lead you to your last Parador for one final night of luxury.
Day 7: Cádiz
After breakfast, end of services and individual departure. Possibility to extend the stay.
