Day 3: Arbus – Nebida (41 km)
This stage is dedicated to the ancient mining activity of Sardinia, with the fascinating abandoned mines of Ingortosu and Masua. After the enchanting cove of Cala Domestica and the striking rock of Pan di Zucchero, enjoy the view of the surprising Nebida washing plant immersed in the Mediterranean scrub.

Day 4: Nebida – Calasetta (43 km)
After a beautiful descent to Fontanamare, reach Portoscuso to embark for the island of Carloforte, famous for red tuna fishing. From Carloforte, continue to Calasetta on the island of Sant’Antioco, where you will stop for the night.

Day 5: Calasetta (38 km)
Enjoy the hotel pool or get back in the saddle to visit the island of Sant’Antioco with a circular tour. Alternatively, explore the picturesque alleys of Carloforte or the breathtaking scenery of Capo Sandalo.

Day 6: Calasetta – Sant’Anna Arresi/Teulada (40 km)
Today ride through the meadows, green in the spring and golden in the summer, of the island of Sant’Antioco. In Tratalias, you will find the Pisan sanctuary, one of the most significant monuments of Sardinian Romanesque architecture. Along the Monte Pranu lake, breathe in the sweetness and tranquility of the flat countryside of Sulcis.

Day 7: Sant’Anna Arresi/Teulada (50 km)
Take a walk to Porto Pino to admire the pink flamingos and enchanting sand dunes. Alternatively, opt for a ride to Santadi, where you can taste some of the best Sardinian wines at its renowned social winery.

Day 8: Sant’Anna Arresi/Teulada – Pula (57 km)
The final seal on your tour is the picturesque and wild south coast, with its white beaches, lush nature, and imposing cliffs: Capo Malfatano with its 16th-century tower, Capo Spartivento, and Chia.

Day 9: Pula
Today is a day of rest. In Nora, you can visit the ancient Phoenician settlement. Treat yourself to a glass of the famous Sardinian myrtle liqueur in the square of Pula after a walk through the alleys and shops of the center.
