Description

Day 1: Omišalj – Cres
Individual arrival at Omišalj, a small but delightful port on the island of Krk. Boarding is possible from 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.; at around 3:00 p.m. we depart by boat for the island of Cres, which we will reach after approximately 4 hours of sailing. After dinner, we'll have a short walking tour of the city of Cres.

Day 2: Cres and Lussino Islands (28 km)
In the morning the boat will take us to Martinscica. From there, we'll cycle along the eastern side of the island, through pines, figs, and laurels up to Osor where, after a refreshing swim in the clear waters of the bay, we'll get back on board for lunch while the boat sets sail for Lussino. We'll cross the swing bridge and reach the port of Mali Losinj. The pleasant atmosphere of the island, with its colorful houses and rich in local cafes, is a real treat!

Day 3: Lošinj and Molat Islands (20+10 km)
We'll cycle along the beach to the south of Losinj and visit the quaint little harbor of Veli Losinj where the boat awaits us for lunch. In the afternoon, we continue to the island of Molat where a short bike tour is planned. We'll stay overnight in the quiet and picturesque port of Molat.

Day 4: Dugi Otok and Olib Islands (32 km)
While we're having breakfast we'll cruise through many small islands up to Dugi Otok, "the spice island". The bike tour starts in the Bay of Božava, surrounded by pines, agaves and tamarisks, along virtually traffic-free roads. Our tour takes us first to the northernmost point of the island where the Veli Rat lighthouse has been standing since 1849 to guide sailors. Following the "Road in the sky", we'll then reach the picturesque port of Savar or Bribinj. In the afternoon we'll have some free time for a pleasant swim and then we'll head off to the island of Olib, where we'll spend the night.

Day 5: Pag Island – Rab (34 Km)
In the morning we'll reach Pag Island by boat. This island's landscape is rugged yet pleasing, and we'll still find ourselves cycling through olive groves and fig orchards. In the past, the inhabitants built many stone walls to protect themselves from the wind, which can still be seen today. Starting from Mandre, we'll ride along the narrow peninsula up to the sea where the boat awaits us to continue on to Rab Island, one of Europe's sunniest locations. Its capital, Rab, is one of the tour's highlights with its four bell towers. This fortified city was built in the Middle Ages on a promontory: after dinner, you can wander the its streets and have a drink in one of its cozy cafes.

Day 6: Rab Island (25 Km)
Today, we'll cycle along the eastern side of the island, a vegetation-free area, whose rough and rugged rocks remind us of a lunar landscape. The path will lead us to a bay with a sandy beach, which is somewhat atypical for the Kvarner islands. The boat will be waiting for us for lunch in the port right opposite the city of Rab. There will be time for swimming, and then the cruise continues to the nearby Krk island, where we'll spend the night.

Day 7: Krk Island (45 km)
We'll cycle along the ridge of the island covered by a fragrant Mediterranean scrub and reach a valley of vineyards before arriving at the small museum city of Vrbnik in the northeast. The city, built on a 50 m high cliff and surrounded by vineyards, is the birthplace of the famous white wine Žlahtina, and is the location of the second narrowest alley in the world. We'll continue cycling through old villages and lush vegetation to Omišalj, from where we'll have an excellent view of Rijeka. There will be time for a swim in the bay of Soline.

Day 8: Omišalj
Check out after breakfast, by 9:00 a.m., end of services.
Individual departure or extension of the stay.
