Description

Day 1: Saint-Louis/Basel
Individual arrival in Saint-Louis or Basel, check-in at the hotel, and time to visit the city.

Day 2: Saint-Louis/Basel – Müllheim (45 km)
The Rhine cycle path is wonderful to bike on. Today's stage, full of enchanting atmospheres, will lead you to Müllheim, a German town in Baden Württemberg.

Day 3: Müllheim – Freiburg (35 km)
During this second bike stage, you will visit the Villa Urbana and the Maltese Castle of Heitersheim. The beautiful spa village of Bad Krozingen awaits you at the gates of the Black Forest. From here you will finally reach Freiburg, in the heart of Breisgau.

Day 4: Freiburg – Colmar (60 km)
Following the Breisgauradweg cycle path, you will reach the border town of Breisach, on the banks of the Rhine. On the French side, you will discover the military architecture with the typical grid layout of Neuf-Brisach, an emblematic work conceived by Vauban in the seventeenth century. The stage ends in Colmar, the wine capital, where culture lovers will have plenty to satisfy them between the museums and the historic center.

Day 5: Colmar – Riquewihr (40 km)
From Colmar, you will bike across the Alsatian plain from east to west to reach Eguisheim, a wine village at the foot of the Vosges. In this area, you will find the great wineries where the Alsace Grands Crus are born: Eguisheim, Turckheim, Kaysersberg, and Riquewihr.

Day 6: Riquewihr – Obernai (35 or 50 km)
Along the Alsace Wine Route, you will discover the villages of Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé, Bergheim, and Andlau with its Romanesque abbey.

Day 7: Obernai – Strasbourg (40 or 55 km)
In Rosheim, don't miss the opportunity to discover the St. Peter and Paul church, a jewel of Romanesque architecture in Alsace. In Molsheim, you will follow the Bruche canal cycle path, which will lead you to the heart of Strasbourg, the capital of Europe.

Day 8: Strasbourg
After breakfast, end of services or extension of stay.
