Description

Day 1: Marina Romea - Pialassa della Baiona - Marina Romea (25 km)
Our tour begins among the lush pine forests of Ravenna where, immersed in the scent of coniferous resin, we will reach the wide lagoons of the coast, protected areas because of the rich and precious biodiversity they preserve. At the end of the bike route, a little boat tour awaits us in the Pialassa della Baiona, a large brackish lagoon where we can admire the pink flamingos up close and enjoy the sunset.

Day 2: Marina Romea - Classe - Marina Romea (60 km)
Cycling through the majestic historic pine forests evoked by Dante in the Divine Comedy we will reach Classe, a small village built around the grand and solemn Basilica of Sant'Apollinare, which will be possible to visit. Return to Marina Romea.

Day 3: Marina Romea - Ravenna - Marina Romea (40 km)
Today we will cycle just above the water among the dreamy landscapes of the Comacchio Valleys, a large wetland home to hundreds of species of water birds, and where there will be the chance to take a gastronomic pause (free). We will thus reach Ravenna, a beautiful and very bike-friendly city of art, full of unique historical-artistic treasures in the world. Return to Marina Romea.
