The route then continues towards the Natural Pool of Grand Chambord, a few kilometers from the homonymous castle, 200 square meters of water space where the filtration of the waters of the swimming basin is carried out in a totally natural way through the use of aquatic plants, the ideal place for a refreshing dip (open from June 25th to the end of August).

Day 5: Chitenay – Chaumont-sur-Loire (28 km)
Pedaling through the Cheverny vineyards you will reach the Fougères-sur-Bièvre Castle, a small fortress that perfectly illustrates what the local architecture of the XV century was. It then continues towards the banks of the Loire and reaches the sixteenth-century Chaumont-sur-Loire Castle that dominates from the rocky outcrop on which the town and the river below have been built.
