Description

Day 1: Strasbourg
Individual arrival in Strasbourg and accommodation in the hotel. Take some time to visit this magnificent city, always at the crossroads of continental Europe, open and cosmopolitan to the point of being the seat of the European Parliament and the Commission for civil rights.

Day 2: Strasbourg - Obernai/Andlau (40 or 55 km)
The Bruche canal was once used to transport the wine produced in the region to Strasbourg. Today the bicycle path follows the canal from Strasbourg to Molsheim. Before reaching Obernai or Andlau, surrounded by its ancient walls, you will encounter a 12th-century church in Rosheim.

Day 3: Obernai - Riquewihr (50 or 35 km)
Today's stage takes you through famous vineyards and some of the most typical Alsatian wine villages such as Mittelbergheim, Andlau, Itterswiller and Riquewihr, considered The most beautiful villages of Alsace.

Day 4: Riquewihr - Colmar (40 km)
Along the Wine Road you will encounter charming villages that will take you from the vineyards to the capital of wine and art of Alsace. As you continue to pedal you will meet Turckheim and Eguisheim, two villages where time seems to have stood still. In the early afternoon you will reach Colmar, birthplace of the sculptor Bartholdi known worldwide for having created the Statue of Liberty in 1886. We recommend walking in the historic center of this picture-perfect city and visiting the Unterlinden Museum, which houses the works of painters Martin Schongauer and Matthias Grünewald.

Day 5: Colmar
After breakfast, end of services and individual departure.
