Description

Day 1: Bologna – Malalbergo (57 Km)
Meeting at the park of Villa Angeletti (near the station) where you can drop off your luggage and collect your bicycle, ready to leave along the Navile Cycle Route. Pedal to Castelmaggiore and the birdlife oasis of La Rizza for an individual packed lunch stop. We suggest a visit to the site and a passage to Bentivoglio with its castle. After Malalbergo you will meet the bank of the Rhine to follow it to the farmhouse that will host you for the night.

Day 2: Malalbergo – Valli di Comacchio (65 Km)
Departure in the morning for the Campotto Oasis – Vallesanta where you will have time to explore the oasis. Resuming the itinerary along the Reno embankment, continue to the Comacchio Valleys and Lido di Magnavacca where colonies of pink flamingos and many other birds have been stationed for years. Overnight in a farmhouse near the Valleys.

Day 3: Ravenna (40 Km)
Greetings to the Comacchio Valleys and departure for Ravenna. After crossing the Rhine with the characteristic Sant’Alberto ferry, continue to the sea, in the Casalborsetti area. Follow the coast for a while, crossing edges of the coastal pine forest until you reach Ravenna.
