Description

Day 1: Bad Goisern
Individual arrival at Bad Goisern. After settling your luggage, visit this picturesque Austrian town on the banks of the Traun River and surrounded by the Dachstein Alps. The city also offers many cultural attractions, such as the Local History Museum and the Parish Church of St. Peter.

Day 2: Bad Goisern – Bad Aussee – Bad Mitterndorf – Gröbming (71 km; +1940/-1690 m)
Today you will cross the picturesque Traun River valley to Bad Aussee, where you can visit the beautiful historic center. From here, you continue along the Enns River cycling path to Bad Mitterndorf. Stop to admire the majestic mountain landscape of the Dachstein Alps before getting back on the saddle and continuing towards Gröbming, passing through Upper Austria's Natural Park. Continuing the itinerary, you can admire the splendid view of the Toplitzsee Lake before pedaling along the Enns Valley to Gröbming, where you can visit the Parish Church of St. John the Baptist.

Day 3: Gröbming – Ramsau – Filzmoos – Annaberg (76 km; +2050/-1900 m)
Leaving Gröbming, by bike, you will first follow the Enns River and then cross the Ramsau Valley and then tackle a small climb to the Rittis Lake. After a short uphill stretch, you can expect a fun descent through the Filzmoos valley, crossing the meadows and forests of this picturesque locality. Once in Filzmoos, we recommend stopping to taste the local products or visit this charming village. The itinerary then continues south to Annaberg, passing through the picturesque town of Lungötz. In Annaberg, you can visit the Church of St. John Nepomuk and take a walk to admire the Salzach valley.

Day 4: Annaberg – Russbach – Gosau – Bad Goisern (84 km; +225 /-2620 m)
You will pedal along the Lammer River cycle path to Russbach and then towards Gosau, crossing the picturesque Gosau Pass. Along the route, you will have spectacular panoramic views of the Dachstein mountain range as a backdrop. Once in Gosau, you can visit the famous church. Then continue along the Gosaubach River cycling path to Bad Goisern. Along the way, you will come across the picturesque villages of Hallstatt and Obertraun, famous for their breathtaking lake landscapes. At the end of the day, you can shower in the hotel. After, end of services and individual departure.
