Description

Day 1: Saint-Malo
Individual arrival at Saint-Malo and hotel check-in.

Day 2: Crossing to Jersey and Bay of Saint-Ouen (42 km; +/-625 m)
Early in the morning, you will move by bike or car to the port (no luggage transfer) to reach the first of the Channel Islands. Boat crossing to the island of Jersey and first bicycle stage on the west coast, along the Bay of Saint-Ouen, surrounded by the Cap of La Corbière and the cliffs of Groznez. Along this stage, you can also encounter many fortifications dating back to the Second World War. Overnight in Saint Helier.

Day 3: Circular tour of the North Coast of Jersey (37 km; +/-620 m)
You will reach the northern coast of Jersey, through the green paths of the valley. On the north coast, you can admire two spectacular cliffs: Grève de Lecq and Trou du Diable. You will return to Saint Helier from the village of Saint-John.

Day 4: Circular tour to Mont Orgueil (34 km; +/-530 m)
You will reach the port of La Rocque, and continue towards the famous Jersey pottery museum, the castle of Mont Orgueil and the quiet bays of Saint-Clément and Grouville, among the largest of the Channel Islands. You will then return to Saint Helier.

Day 5: Crossing to Guernsey and southern coast bike tour (23 km; +/-500 m)
For the morning, you will have some free time in Saint-Helier before crossing to Guernsey (1h), a popular tourist destination in the Channel Islands. Today's circuit will take you to Saint Peter Port and along the southern coast. We suggest the panoramic view from the belvedere of Jerbourg on the entire south coast and, in particular, on the Bay of Moulin Huet and that of Saints. Return to Saint Peter Port on quiet streets. Depending on the boat schedule, it might not be possible to do this tour this day: it is however possible to do this stage on day 8, before returning to Saint-Malo. Overnight in Saint Peter Port.

Day 6: Sark Island
Today you will take a crossing (1h) to reach Sark Island, a land out of this world, a suggestive handkerchief of land among the Channel Islands. An island without cars but with elegant houses and wonderful gardens. A paradise for cyclists, with a stunning sea view along the route. Bikes are not allowed on the boat, but you can book a bike on the island (not included) or walk along the beautiful paths. Return to Guernsey and overnight in Saint Peter Port.

Day 7: Circular tour to Lihou Island (28 km; +/-515 m)
Through a beautiful bucolic landscape, you will reach the enchanting Bay of Rocquaine and the mysterious island of Lihou, the westernmost point of the Channel Islands. The return trip will develop through the Talbot valley and the village of Sant’Andrea, in the heart of the island. Overnight in Saint Peter Port.

Day 8: Saint-Malo
You will have some free time in the morning to discover Saint Peter Port, the main city of the island and home of Victor Hugo, who spent a period of isolation in the Channel Islands. Visit Candie garden or take a city bike tour. Cross to return to Saint-Malo and end of services.
