After breakfast, start the first bike stage to the nearby open air museum of Zaanse Schans, famous for its wooden houses and grand windmills.

Day 3: Hoorn – Volendam – Marken by ferry | Marken – Volendam – Muiden (39 or 46 km) | Muiden – Vianen by boat
Breakfast and departure to Volendam and from there by ferry (a 30-minute crossing) to Marken.
After a brief visit to the village, you can start cycling along the coast to Ijburg, a recently built residential district located in the eastern part of Amsterdam and built, as often happens in the Netherlands, on reclaimed land.
You will then proceed to the historical city of Muiden known for its medieval castle built at the mouth of the river.
The stage concludes near the small town of Weesp from where the boat will sail, during dinner, to Vianen, a small fortified city on the lower Rhine.
Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 4: Vianen – Schoonhoven | Schoonhoven – Kinderdijk ( 32 km) | Kinderdijk – Rotterdam (waterbus)
During breakfast, the boat will set sail for Schoonhoven from where we will start our ride crossing the Alblasserwaard polder, a UNESCO site with its famous 19 windmills of the Kinderdijk Park. From here, it's onto the ferry to Rotterdam, one of the oldest Dutch cities.
Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 5: Rotterdam – Gouda (35 or 45 km)
Today it's a cycle to Gouda, the Dutch capital of the cheese of the same name. Enjoy the atmosphere of this ancient city and the market square.

Day 6: Gouda – Leiden – Oude Wetering (33 or 54 Km)
Today you can start cycling from Gouda through the typical landscapes of the Green Heart of Holland with its expanses of green meadows, small canals, and characteristic lakes, all below sea level!
After passing through the city of Leiden, birthplace of Rembrandt and home to the oldest university in Holland, you'll head to the final destination, Oude Watering.
Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 7: Oude Wetering - Amsterdam (28 km)
The last cycling stage of your trip starts at Oude Watering, initially along the canal and then into the Amsterdam Forest and towards the capital.
In the afternoon, you'll have the opportunity for one last thrilling bike ride in the Waterland, or make surprising discoveries in the city of Amsterdam by visiting a flower market, a museum or simply by doing some shopping.
Dinner and overnight on board.

Day 8: Amsterdam
After breakfast, end of services.

Given the nature of this tour and the characteristics of the territory, the itinerary may be subject to changes due to weather conditions or opening times of locks and movable bridges. The guide and the captain will decide on a daily basis if and how to modify the program.
