Description

Day 1: Vilnius
Individual arrival and accommodation at the hotel. At 7 p.m., meet with the guide for the presentation of the route. Free dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Vilnius.
If you have time, we recommend taking a walk in downtown Vilnius, considered one of the most beautiful art cities in Europe. The Old Town, almost entirely pedestrian, is a UNESCO Heritage Site and winds between the Cathedral Square and the Town Hall. Finally, climb the Three Crosses Hill or Gedeminas Tower, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the city.

Day 2: Vilnius – Trakai by bike (33 km) | Bus transfer to Kaunas (100 km)
After breakfast, guided tour of the city of Vilnius. In the afternoon, after a minibus transfer that will take you out of town, the journey continues by ebike through the picturesque hilly countryside. Stop along the route at Trakai, the first capital of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, where you can visit the 14th-century island castle built on a small island in Lake Galve. Bus transfer. Free dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Kaunas.

Day 3: Kaunas – Klaipeda (35 km by bike – 290 km by bus)
After breakfast, transfer along the Nemunas River to the coast. After the picnic lunch, continue by bike towards Cape Vente, a bird migration station, considered one of the most beautiful spots on the Lithuanian coastline. Another short bus transfer to reach Klaipeda, the main seaport of Lithuania. Free dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Klaipeda.

Day 4: Klaipeda – Circular tour in the Curonian Peninsula National Park (58 km) | Boat or bus transfer (50 km)
After breakfast, bus transfer or crossing of the Curonian Lagoon, to reach Nida. During the journey, we will admire the landscape created by the sand dunes that separate the Baltic Sea from the lagoon itself. Visit of Nida, one of the most beautiful places in Lithuania. In the afternoon, continue by bike on the coastal bike path, following the thin strip of land of the lagoon, leading to Klaipeda. Free dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Klaipeda.

Day 5: Klaipeda – Palanga (42 km) | Bus transfer to Riga (290 km)
The bike stage starts early in the morning through the Marine Regional Park, once a Soviet military training area. Palanga is the major seaside resort of Lithuania, hence its nickname of Summer Capital. The city, located on the ancient Amber Way, was once a processing and trading center for this precious material. We suggest you visit the Botanical Garden and the Amber Museum. In the afternoon, bus transfer to Riga (290 km), the capital of Latvia, with a stop at the suggestive Hill of Crosses, a place of unforgettable charm with its four hundred thousand crosses brought here by pilgrims. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Riga.

Day 6: Riga – Jurmala – Riga (30 km) | Bus transfer (20 km)
After breakfast, visit of old Riga, a Hanseatic city known for its Art Nouveau style buildings. In the afternoon, you can choose whether to stay in the city or take a bike ride to Jurmala, the main seaside resort of the Baltic states, famous for its long white beaches, mineral-rich waters, and curative muds. Return to Riga by bus. Free dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Riga.

Day 7: Riga – Gauja National Park (40 km) | Bus transfer (190 km)
After breakfast, bus transfer to Sigulda, in the Gauja River Valley. From here the bike stage starts toward Saulkrasti, through the Gauja National Park, with magnificent views over the valley of the river and the beautiful Gutmana Cave, the deepest in the Baltic states, whose walls bear 17th-century carvings. Visit to Turaida and Krimulda Castles, where the oldest church in Latvia, dating back to 1205, is located. We will conclude the tour with a visit to the Latvian Bicycle Museum, before returning by bus. Free dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Parnu.

Day 8: Riga – Saaremaa (55 km) | Bus transfer (150 km) | Ferry transfer (6 km)
Morning transfer to Saaremaa, the country's largest island, which preserves all the best of old Estonia. With little traffic and flat roads, Saaremaa offers the perfect rural environment for bike tourism. You will pedal on picturesque roads, along the Baltic Sea coast, to the Angla site, where the famous windmills are located. Transfer to Mandjala, where you will stay for two days by the sea. Free dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Kuressaare.

Day 9: Saaremaa Island (58 km) | Bus transfer (50 km)
Enjoy the day biking through the wild nature of Saaremaa Island and Sorve Peninsula, ending at the Sorve Cape Lighthouse. Historically, the peninsula held great military importance, dominating the Irbe Strait and the Baltic Sea route to Riga. Return to the hotel. Free dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Kuressaare.

Day 10: Saaremma – Tallinn (30 km) | Bus transfer (210 km) | Ferry transfer (6 km)
