Day 1: Individual arrival in Thun
Individual arrival and hotel accommodation.

Day 2: Thun – Bern (50 km)
On one side, the deep Brienz Lake, clear, quiet and dark; on the other side the Thun Lake, shallow, open and lively. Between the two lakes, Interlaken, a popular tourist and adventure center, dominated by three icy giants, the Eiger, the Mönch and the Jungfrau. By boat you will reach Thun, the gateway to the Bernese Oberland, the wide Aaretal: large villages, open fields and a powerful river that passes through fertile and lush meadows. Finally, you will reach the capital Bern, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Day 3: Bern – Biel (50 Km)
After breakfast, you will reach Lake Wohlen, a bird's paradise: here there is also a power plant and a nuclear reactor. You will then follow the Aare through the Land of Lakes (Seeland), a huge fertile vegetable garden, thanks to the Hagneck Canal. Passing through reeds and woods, Lake Biel will introduce you to the lively hustle and bustle of the bilingual city of Biel-Bienne.

Day 4: Biel – Solothurn (30 Km)
Today you will pass along the Nidau-Büren canal, the Häftli circuit and the Witi, where hares and storks gather. Nearby, the Aare River flows slowly; in the distance, the towers of St. Ursen Cathedral announce the baroque city of Solothurn.

Day 5: Solothurn – Aarau (60 Km)
The so-called "city of ambassadors", Solothurn, is considered the most beautiful baroque city in Switzerland: here Italian Grandeur mixes with French charm and Swiss solidity. From here, you will continue along the Aare towards Aarau, capital of the Canton of Aargau in the Swiss Mittelland, which takes its name from the river on which it stands.

Day 6: Aarau – Bad Zurzach (50 Km)
A pleasant route suitable for families along the Aare River from Aarau to Koblenz, where the Aare and Rhine rivers converge. A panoramic tour among cottage houses, cement factories, wetlands, beavers, birds and a lot of water. From Koblenz you will pedal to Bad Zurzach and you can enjoy its fantastic thermal baths.
