Day 1: Arrival in Simrishamn

Welcome to Simrishamn! After checking in at the cozy hotel located in the heart of the town, you will have the opportunity to discover this enchanting village in the region of Österlen. Its picturesque streets and the charm of the village will conquer anyone. Prepare to immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of the place.

Day 2: Simrishamn – Ystad (53 km)

On your bicycle, you will depart from Simrishamn towards Ystad, crossing open landscapes dotted with ancient rock carvings and glowing fields of golden rapeseed. The nature of the Skåne region will enchant you with its unique flora and fascinating fauna. Around every corner, a new wonder awaits you: from vibrant fishing areas to the mighty stones of Ale, to the nature reserves of Sandhammaren. You will have the chance to stop at interesting vineyards, cozy cafes, and delightful local restaurants. And why not relax on one of the long white sandy beaches? Let yourself be lulled by the sound of the waves and the breathtaking view.

Day 3: Ystad – Trelleborg (47 km)

Departing from Ystad, the only Nordic town offering such a complete picture of the past, you will cross picturesque fishing villages, riding along paths with the sea constantly at your side. With over 300 half-timbered houses, the ancient monastery founded in 1267, and the Church of St. Mary, Ystad is truly a dive into history. Movie lovers shouldn’t miss the Ystad Studio Visitor Center, dedicated to detective Wallander. Follow the coast to Smygehuk, the southernmost point of Sweden, and admire the charming views offered by the area and the Smyge lighthouse.

Day 4: Trelleborg – Malmö (78 km)

You will cross historical lands, scattered with Bronze Age barrows and ancient dolmens. Discover medieval villages, flourishing thanks to herring fishing, preserving their history in museums and churches. Once in Höllviken, we recommend a detour to the Falsterbo peninsula, renowned for the white beaches and birdwatching. Don’t forget to take a dip at Lomma Beach and enjoy a good meal at Långa bryggan in Bjärred. Visit the Borgeby castle and the VikingaTider open-air museum in Löddeköpinge, immersed in a vibrant and historical landscape.

Day 5: Malmö – Landskrona (57 km)

Leaving Malmö behind, you'll enjoy the sea breeze on one side and horse paddocks on the other. Day 6: Landskrona – Helsingborg (27 km)

It will be a short but fascinating journey from Landskrona to Helsingborg, with the possibility of an unforgettable experience: a ferry trip to the island of Ven with its 12 km of landscapes to explore. In Landskrona, the Citadel, a fortress from the 16th century, will give you extraordinary historical views while the Lagoon invites a refreshing dip. Pass by Borstahusen and discover the fishing village of Ålabodarna. Let yourself be enchanted by the breathtaking views of Glumslövs backar and Hilleshögs dalar before diving into the lively atmosphere of Helsingborg.

Day 7: Departure from Helsingborg
