Description

Day 1: Freiburg
Individual arrival in Freiburg and check-in at the hotel. Take some time to explore this wonderful city. Let yourself be carried away by the charm of Freiburg, visit its Gothic cathedral, stroll through the narrow streets and canals, or admire the sunset over the city roofs from the top of the Schlossberg and enjoy a splendid panorama of the Vosges mountains.

Day 2: Freiburg - Colmar (60 km)
Today you will follow the Breisgau-Radweg cycling path. You will head towards the city of Breisach, located on the banks of the Rhine. Here you can visit the magnificent cathedral of St. Stephen, its charming city center and its picturesque alleys. Then you will arrive at Neuf-Brisach, a small French town famous for the octagonal fortification that surrounds it, built by Vauban, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2008. Continuing to pedal you will arrive at Colmar, today's final destination, where you can enjoy a long and in-depth visit of this charming city, the art city of Alsace. We recommend a walk in its historic center and a visit to the Musée d'Unterlinden which houses the famous Isenheim Altar, a masterpiece of Western art.

Day 3: Colmar - Guebwiller (35 or 45 km)
From Colmar follow the French Wine Road, through Alsace by bike. The dream wine villages, with characteristic Alsatian wooden houses and magnificent medieval historic centers, nestled in enchanting vineyards, are ideal for relaxing and amusing. You will reach Guebwiller, a wine village located at the foot of the Grand Ballon. Continue pedaling and you will encounter the Murbach Abbey, a famous Benedictine monastery in the Vosges.

Day 4: Guebwiller - Mulhouse (35 or 50 km)
From Guebwiller, you will pedal to Ungersheim, up to Ecomusée d'Alsace by bike. From there, the cycle path will lead you directly to Mulhouse. The city offers the museum with the largest collection of cars in the world, the City of the Train, one of the main railway museums in Europe, and also the Electropolis Museum, which will fascinate everyone, not just enthusiasts.

Day 5: Mulhouse - Mullheim (30 km)
Today you will ride from Mulhouse, along the typical Rhone-Rhine canal and through a large forest up to the Rhine river. The ancient fortress of Neuenburg will welcome you before you continue to the idyllic Mullheim, at the foot of the Black Forest.

Day 6: Mullheim - Freiburg (35 km)
After a visit to the Villa Urbana museum and the Malteserschloss of Heitersheim, you will head towards Breisgau. In the treasure chest of Bad Krozingen, await the mineral and thermal springs, to try absolutely before it gets dark. You will then reach Freiburg, the gateway to the Black Forest.

Day 7: Freiburg
After breakfast, end of services, and individual departure.
