Northern Corsica on an e-bike: GT 20 from Bastia to Calvi

Day 1: Bastia
Individual arrival at Bastia airport. After settling your luggage, take time to discover the capital of Northern Corsica, with its delightful old port, freely accessible Citadel, and the old part of town, which offer a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and surrounding mountains. We recommend a walk around the old port in the evening to enjoy its lively atmosphere.

Day 2: Bastia – Centuri (55 km; +/-717 m or 69 km; +1040/1038 m)
Today you will cycle along a road that borders the sea, crosses a forest and reaches the other side of the island with its beautiful cliffs. Several Genoese towers line the Corsican coast, as well as old monasteries and mills. The marines, with their small fishing ports, are beautiful. The final stop of the day is Centuri, the most important port for lobster fishing in France.

Day 3: Centuri – Saint Florent (56 km; +1216/-1220 m or 60 km; +1398/-1402)
Today you will leave Cap Corse to go south, towards Saint Florent. Depending on the chosen route, it is possible to visit the village of Patrimonio, famous throughout Corsica for its vineyards. Throughout the stage, enjoy the wonderful views of the Gulf of Saint Florent. Don't miss the citadel, the port and its small shopping streets.

Day 4: Saint Florent – Monticello (51 km; +796/-576 m or 82 km; +1638/-1418 m)
Today's itinerary will take you to the heart of the island: the Deserto delle Agriate. From village to village, you will cross this beautiful desert getting closer to the sea. Depending on the chosen route, you can also cross the Balagne region with its magnificent landscapes before descending to the coast and its Genoese towers. Soon you will arrive in Monticello, your final destination. Don’t miss the sunset on the sea.

Day 5: Monticello – Calvi (40 km; +601/-786 m or 50 km; +730/-915 m)
Today you will have the opportunity to cross the charming villages of Balagne, admiring their gentle charm. You will then arrive in Calvi, a beautiful medieval city that rises on a blue coast, dominated by the mountains of the Monte Cinto massif. Here you can visit the magnificent 12th century Genoese Citadel and enjoy a real little paradise.

Day 6: Calvi
Calvi is a picturesque town located on the northwest coast of Corsica, characterized by a historic fortified citadel and a beautiful white sandy beach. This city offers a wide range of activities, including mountain hiking, water sports, local restaurants, and local crafts shops. Alternatively, you can discover by bike, 79 km, Galéria, a charming fishing village overlooking the Galéria Gulf before returning to Calvi.

Day 7: Calvi
After breakfast, end of services and individual departure.
