Description

Sure, here's the Italian bicycle trip program translated into English as HTML text for your website: ```html
Day 1: Amsterdam
Individual arrival in Amsterdam and boarding starting from 2:00 PM. Once you have settled in, at 3:00 PM the welcome briefing will take place with a presentation of the tour program through the Green Heart of Holland. This is followed by the delivery of the rental bikes. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 2: Amsterdam – Zaandam | Zaandam – Zaanse Schans – Haarlem (40 or 55 km)
After a short navigation route to Zaandam, your first cycling stage through the Green Heart of Holland begins with a visit to the open-air museum of Zaanse Schans, which will let you discover an authentic Dutch village from the 17th-19th century. Lose yourself among the wooden houses and grand windmills! From here, you will continue cycling through the lush countryside of the Green Heart to reach Haarlem. In the evening, take the opportunity to enjoy a pleasant walk on the Grote Markt (the market square). If you prefer, you can extend the bike stage to the Ijmuiden dam and the Kennemer Dunes, with the possibility of visiting some forts of the Amsterdam Defense Line (UNESCO site). Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 3: Haarlem – North Sea Coast – Leiden (42 or 50 km)
Today you'll enjoy a fantastic ride along the North Sea coast, between white dunes and vast sandy beaches; you will cross Noordwijk and Katwijk and reach the vibrant university city of Leiden, the western edge of the Green Heart, birthplace of the famous painter Rembrandt. This picturesque city welcomes you with its bustling historic center and the geometrically intersecting canals along which beautiful buildings and palaces were built in the 1600s. The longer version of the stage will take you to Leiden through Cruquius and Hillegom. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

 Day 4: Leiden – Delft (35 or 41 km)
The final destination today is the city of Delft, famous for its blue pottery (Delftware). Here you will have the opportunity to visit a craft workshop where it is produced. Delft is also home to the crypt of the Dutch royal house, the Oranges. The longer version of the bike stage crosses the tourist resort of Scheveningen and The Hague, where it will be possible to visit the Parliament and the Peace Palace, before continuing to Delft. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 5: Delft – Rotterdam – Kinderdijk by boat | Kinderdijk – Schoonhoven – Gouda (between 23 and 66 km)
Today you will cross the southern part of the Green Heart of Holland: you will navigate to the international port of Rotterdam, from where you can start cycling, or decide to board a waterbus, a fast ferry that in 30/40 minutes will take you, along with your bike, to Alblasserdam. From here, only a few kilometers separate you from the Kinderdijk Windmill Park, a UNESCO site famous for its 19 perfectly preserved 18th-century windmills (some are still operational and can be visited inside). After visiting Kinderdijk, continue cycling directly to the ancient city of Gouda, renowned for its cheese and market square. If you wish, you can extend the stage by passing through Schoonhoven. Dinner tonight is not included, you will be free to enjoy local delicacies in one of Gouda's typical restaurants.

Day 6: Gouda – Kudelstaart (45 or 55 km)
Today you can enjoy cycling through the idyllic and green landscape of South Holland. The final destination is Kudelstaart, where your boat will be waiting for you. Along the way, you will follow small canals and encounter farms and villages. It will be like cycling inside a postcard. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 7: Kudelstaart – Aalsmeer – Amsterdam (32 km)
The end of the journey is approaching: you will return to the northern part of the Green Heart of Holland and back to Amsterdam. If you can get up early today, you can visit the Aalsmeer flower auction (entrance not included), the largest of its kind in the world, a unique opportunity to see so many flowers and plants all together. After a late breakfast, you can choose to stay on board your boat for the navigation route to the Amsterdam quay, or reach the capital by bike, cycling along the Amstel River or through the Amsterdam Bos park. In the afternoon, you will have a chance to enjoy a few more hours in the city. Take advantage of this to visit one of the beautiful museums of the capital, take a tour of the canals, or simply immerse yourself in the relaxed and cosmopolitan atmosphere of the city.

Day 8: Amsterdam
After breakfast, end of services. Disembark by 9:30 AM.
