Description

Day 1: Girona
Arrive individually in Girona, a city renowned for its well-preserved Jewish old town and the majestic Gothic Cathedral.

Day 2: Girona - Vall de Llémena - Girona (65 km; +668 m)
After receiving your documentation, GPS, and bicycles (if rented), start your tour towards the Llémena Valley, exploring ancient farms. Then proceed to Sant Gregori, cross the Ter river and reach the Vilanna Valley, where a challenging climb awaits. Go around the ancient La Crosa volcano and return to Girona, passing through the fields near the city.

Day 3: Girona - Sant Feliu de Guixols (58 km; +672 m)
Pedal along the Greenway, a former railway line turned into a bike path, up to Llambilles. Cross the plain of Girona, corn fields, and small churches to reach Llagostera. Continue on the Greenway and once you pass Sant Feliu de Guerrero, you will arrive at Sant Feliu de Guixols.

Day 4: Sant Feliu de Guixols - Torroella de Montgrí (61 km; +483 m)
Tackle a route with a nearly 10 km climb to the church of Santa Coloma de Fitor, followed by a descent to the medieval village of Peratallada. Proceed to Pals and then cycle through flat fields to Torroella de Montgrí.

Day 5: Torroella de Montgrí - Castelló d'Empúries (52 km; +190 m)
After breakfast, head to a beach located at the end of the Ter river. Pass through the port L'Estartit and face a short climb in L'Escala. From here, enjoy breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Then cycle on flat terrain to reach Castelló d'Empúries.

Day 6: Castelló - Figueres (69 or 80 km; +1052 or 1300 m)
This challenging stage takes you from Castelló to Empuriabrava, then to Roses for a break on the beach of Alamadrava. Face the ascent of Puig Alt, followed by a descent towards a plain of vineyards and olive groves. Cross Pau, Vilajuiga and the medieval village of Peralada, finally arriving in Figueres.

Day 7: Figueres - Girona (65 km; +627 m)
Leaving Figueres, you will cross fields and villages such as Vilamalla and Siurana. At Sant Martí Vell you start the ascent to Gavarres. After reaching the sanctuary of Angels, engage in a thrilling descent towards the Sant Daniel valley, leading you directly into the heart of Girona.

Day 8: Girona
After breakfast, services end and individual departure.
