Description

Day 1: Kreuzlingen
Arrival on your own and check-in at the hotel. If you have time, take a walk across the German border, or stroll through the lively streets of Kreuzlingen's historic center.

Day 2: Kreuzlingen - Rorschach (35 km; +/-175 m)
Today you will pedal along the railway, through the beautiful villages of Romanshorn and Arbon, until you reach the Rhine Delta, an area rich in vegetation and birdlife. Overnight in Horn or on the other side of the border, in Lustenau.

Day 3: Rorschach- Buchs SG (70 km; +270/-215 m)
In Rheintal, district of the Canton of St. Gallen, the warm Föhn wind often blows. Here, nature has had to adapt to the waters of the Alpenrhein. You will cycle to Buchs, an important border station and gateway to the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Day 4: Buchs SG - Chur (50 km; +445/-310 m)
The Grisons' seniority is the fertile heart of Grisons and, thanks to its climate, it is the territory with the highest wine production in the canton. In this area is also the house of Heidi, Peter and Alpöhi, from the famous children's story. Chur is the oldest city in Switzerland and will captivate you with its numerous restaurants.

Day 5: Chur - Disentis (70 km; +1410/-825 m)
The Rhine Gorge, the Swiss Grand Canyon, is definitely the most impressive stage of this tour. Next, you will reach Surselva, the largest Romansh-speaking region in Grisons. Then continue pedaling until you reach the Disentis Monastery.

Day 6: Disentis - Biasca (40 km; +110/-1100m or 60 km; +1730/-1870 m)
Today you will cycle through the Höllenschlucht gorge and the Val Medel, up to the Lucomagno Pass, on the border between Ticino and the Canton of Grisons. In the sunny Blenio Valley, the route descends through ancient landscapes, fragrant flowering meadows and terraced walls, to reach Biasca.

Day 7: Biasca - Locarno (45 km; +190/-290 m)
Today you will cycle towards the Magadino plain, with its small villages, admiring the castles and city walls of Bellinzona. You will pass the Ticino Delta to then arrive, in total relaxation, at Lake Maggiore by bike.

Day 8: Locarno
After breakfast, end of services and individual departure.
