Day 1: San Vito dei Normanni
Individual arrival in San Vito dei Normanni and overnight. Surrounded by centuries-old olive trees in the heart of Upper Salento, the village of San Vito was founded in the Middle Ages around the ancient square tower of the Norman era, which still dominates the castle that overlooks the large and beautiful town square.

Day 2: San Vito dei Normanni – Ceglie Messapica (20 km)
After breakfast, welcome briefing and bike delivery. A short and pleasant ride in the countryside of Alto Salento will lead you to Ceglie Messapica, the Apulian capital of gastronomy, dominated by the ducal castle and the collegiate church, around which a dense network of narrow paved alleys develops. Take the opportunity to taste the famous Cegliese biscuit.

Day 3: Ceglie Messapica – Martina Franca (30 km)
Surrounded by trulli, olive groves and Mediterranean scrub, today you will cycle in the Itria Valley until you reach one of its pearls: Martina Franca. A city with a Baroque soul, Martina boasts an elegant historic center in which the imposing Basilica of San Martino stands out. Do not miss the opportunity to taste the typical capocollo of Martina Franca.

Day 4: Martina Franca – Alberobello (20 km)
Continue your journey in the Itria Valley which today will take you to the famous capital of the trulli, Alberobello, one of the most unique cities in Italy, known throughout the world for its typical cone-shaped houses and declared a World Heritage Site. UNESCO in 1996.

Day 5: Alberobello – Ostuni (35 km)
A wonderful day awaits you on the saddle of your bike: crossing the picturesque villages of Locorotondo and Cisternino, you will leave the Itria Valley behind, ending your itinerary in Ostuni, the white city. Admire the historic center with whitewashed houses and the Cathedral, located on the highest point of the city.
