Bike and boat in the Gulf of Kvarner PLUS

Day 1: Omišalj – Cres
Individual arrival in Omišalj, a small but delightful port on the island of Krk. Boarding is possible between 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM; at around 3:00 PM we set sail for the island of Cres where we will arrive after about 4 hours of sailing. In the evening, a short walk in the old town.

Day 2: Cres and Losinj Island 28 Km
In the morning, the boat will take us to Martinscica; we will pedal in the eastern part of the island passing through landscapes dominated by figs, pines and bay trees, reaching Osor, also known as the city of artists. The bay with crystalline water will surely tempt you for a pleasant swim. In the afternoon we will sail towards Losinj, ending after a regenerating swim in Mali Losinj. The pleasant climate of this place, its colorful houses, the abundance of cafes and little places will guarantee a pleasant evening.

Day 3: Losinj and Molat Island 20 + 10 Km
Today we will pedal along the coast to the south to visit the small port of Veli Losinj before getting back onboard for lunch. In the afternoon, the boat will take us to Molat, the "island of flowers". Here we can take a short bike tour.

Day 4: Dugi Otok Island and Zadar 42 km
During breakfast, the boat will take us through many small islands to reach Dugi Otok, the island of spices; our ride will start in Bozava, surrounded by pines, agave and tamarisks; we will travel on virtually traffic-free roads, enjoying fantastic views over the deep blue sea and surrounding islands. Our race will take us to Sali where the boat awaits us to take us to Zadar, which has been the political, cultural and spiritual capital of Dalmatia for centuries. Three thousand years of history have greatly influenced the character of this city, which is rich in interesting places to visit: the fortified walls with bastions, the lodge and the Basilica of St. Donatus.

Day 5: Pag Island – Rab 20 km
A long cruise will take us to Pag Island, famous for its cheese. The landscape of this island is harsh but pleasing, and we will pedal through lands still covered with olive trees and figs. In past centuries, the inhabitants built numerous stone walls to protect themselves from the wind, which are still visible today. Starting from Novalja, we will pedal on the narrow peninsula to the sea from where the boat will take us to Rab: the sunniest island in Europe, the smallest compared to the other islands, it also offers the most evocative trails. Rab, the fortified town, was built in the Middle Ages on a wedge-shaped promontory; the four bell towers are the symbol of this medieval jewel.

Day 6: Rab Island 25 km
A pleasant ride on the island will allow us to appreciate its charm. At lunchtime, the boat will be waiting for us in the port in front of the old town to take us to Jablanac, near the picturesque Zavratnica fjord. Later, we will continue by boat to nearby Krk.

Day 7:: Krk Island 45 km
Today we pedal on the ridge of the island covered with a fragrant Mediterranean scrub to reach a valley of vineyards and then the small museum town of Vrbnik in the northeast. The town, built on a 50 m high cliff and surrounded by vineyards, is the place of origin of the famous white wine Žlahtina. We continue pedaling through old villages and rich vegetation to Omišalj, from where there is an excellent view of Rijeka. Time for a swim in the Soline bay, overnight in Omišalj.

Day 8::
After breakfast, end of services and check out by 09:00.

Given the nature of this tour and the characteristics of the territory, the itinerary could be carried out in reverse or be subject to changes due to weather conditions.

On some dates, there may be passengers on board who are doing the same program, but with MTBs.
