Description

Sure, here is the translated bicycle trip program in HTML: ```html
Day 1: Strasbourg
Arrival in Strasbourg and accommodation in the hotel in the late afternoon. In the heart of continental Europe, more or less halfway between Paris and Prague, Strasbourg welcomes you with its cosmopolitan atmosphere. Chosen as the European capital, the city hosts three important institutions: the European Parliament, the Court of Human Rights, and the Council of Europe. Today, the Franco-German dual identity that has tormented it for centuries makes Strasbourg a fascinating city where the best of both nationalities coexists in its architecture, social organization, art, and gastronomy.

Day 2: Strasbourg – Obernai (40 km)
The first bike stage will take you to pedal along the Bruche canal, once used to transport wine from the vineyard region to the capital. You will then follow the cycle path along the canal to Molsheim and end the stage in Obernai, a city whose charm lies in its ramparts, traditional half-timbered houses, and the bell tower.

 Day 3: Obernai – Andlau (15 km)
The cycle path will lead you today through the vineyard region and its famous villages: Barr, Mittelbergheim, and Andlau. You are now in the heart of the Alsace vineyard area, where a long series of picturesque villages alternated with famous cities offers a breathtaking view of the richness and diversity of Alsace's territories.

Day 4: Andlau – Saint Hippolyte (25 km)
From Andlau to Saint Hippolyte, a short stage will let you savor the beauty of the Alsatian vineyard. In Kintzheim, you can take a shuttle bus to Monkey Mountain, a reserve of 24 hectares where 200 Barbary macaques roam freely. In the nearby Volerie des Aigles, you can witness an impressive show of birds of prey in the heart of the ruins of a 13th-century building. The same shuttle will also take you to Haut-Koenigsbourg, an entirely restored medieval castle perched on a Vosges peak, offering you a fascinating plunge into the medieval universe and an unobstructed view of the entire Alsace plain.

Day 5: Saint Hippolyte – Kaysersberg (20 km)
The day's stage takes you to discover enchanting villages, including Bergheim. On your way, in Ribeauvillé, you will find the Daniel Stoeffel chocolate factory, which organizes tasting and creation workshops. In Hunawihr, don't miss the NaturOparc, which has been committed to the conservation of regional biodiversity for over 40 years. In a green environment, this fun and educational wildlife park honors local endangered species, such as the white stork, the European otter, and the great hamster.

Day 6: Kaysersberg – Eguisheim (20 km)
The cycle path takes you today towards Eguisheim, particular for its concentric circle construction; in 2013, the town was voted by the French as their nation's favorite municipality. Typical Alsatian style churches, cobbled streets, and even a castle await you: it will almost seem like this town was born from a storybook writer's tale. Moreover, Eguisheim is part of the Alsace wine and food route, so good wine undoubtedly but also good food.

Day 7: Eguisheim – Colmar (20 km)
This stage will take you from Eguisheim to Colmar, where you can spend time visiting the exceptionally preserved historic center. Why not embark on a flat-bottomed boat to discover in an unusual way all the charm of the picturesque Little Venice district? You can also choose to visit the Unterlinden Museum, which houses one of the masterpieces of Western art, the Isenheim Altarpiece.

Day 8: Colmar
After breakfast, end of services and individual departure. Possibility to extend your stay.
