Description

Sure, here's the translated bicycle trip program in English, formatted as HTML text: ```html
Day 1: San Benedetto del Tronto (part of the Adriatic Cycle Route)
Arrival in San Benedetto del Tronto at the hotel that will host us, starting from 3:00 pm. Meeting with the guide, briefing, and bike trials. You can visit the city center and the Riviera delle Palme, enjoying an ice cream on the seafront.

Day 2: San Benedetto del Tronto – Roseto degli Abruzzi (47 km; +/- 200 m)
You will depart from San Benedetto del Tronto (Adriatic Cycle Route) through the Sentina Nature Reserve (first dirt section), a landscape of water and sand that stretches over approximately 180 hectares within the municipality of San Benedetto del Tronto, between Porto d'Ascoli to the north and the Tronto river to the south. Crossing the Tronto river, we will reach point Zero of the Abruzzo Bike To Coast in the province of Teramo. Here begins the Abruzzo bike path which allows us to visit Martinsicuro, Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto Lido, Giulianova, and Cologna Spiaggia. Here we will enter the Borsacchio Reserve, which preserves the unspoiled beauty of the area, maintaining all aspects of the integrity of the Abruzzo sandy coast, with its initial dunes of halophytic vegetation and stretches of Mediterranean scrub.

Day 3: Roseto degli Abruzzi – Francavilla al Mare (40 km; +/- 154 m)
Today you will ride on the Bike To Coast in the magnificent pine forest of Pineto and the splendid Marine Park of Torre Di Cerrano. In the Teramo section, between the municipalities of Pineto and Silvi, the marine area delineates seven kilometers of coast and completes a program of environmental protection and enhancement, alongside the network of underwater oases that have allowed, in recent years, the conservation, repopulation, and study of the marine ecosystem. After the visit, you will leave the province of Teramo and enter the province of Pescara, passing through Montesilvano and Pescara. After crossing the Ponte del Mare, you will arrive in Francavilla al Mare, where you will stay overnight.

Day 4: Francavilla al Mare – Fossacesia (35 km; +/- 558 m)
We depart heading south. You will cross the vast territory of the province of Chieti, along the coast, with a visit to Ortona and its Aragonese castle. You will return to the sea from the Acquabella reserve and can also visit the Canadian Cemetery, established on the Gustav Line during the Great War. The network of tunnels begins to appear here, leading to San Vito Chietino, the gateway to the Trabocchi Coast. From here you start to see these old fishing huts suspended over the sea. You will continue to admire the sea and the surrounding hills as we adventure along the Teatina coast until Fossacesia. The evening offers you a dinner on the Trabocco, a true culinary experience. Accommodation.

Day 5: Fossacesia – Vasto (39 km; +/- 340 m)
You are within the Trabocchi Coast and, after the evening's dinner that will have provided an understanding of what the Trabocchi represent for these areas, you will begin this last day of biking along the Abruzzo Bike To Coast heading south. Here comes the most picturesque part of the entire route. This is where you reach the Punta Aderci and Punta Penna Reserves, where the terrain returns to being a dirt path, amidst the vegetation by the sea. It feels like being on the Scottish coast, with cliffside scenes making this last day magical. You will pass by the historic Trabocchi of the coast to the Gulf of Vasto, where your tour ends, facing the Loggia Ambling where on clear days, you can see the Tremiti islands. You will visit the old village with its castle, churches, scenic views, and splendid palaces (D'Avalos). Stay overnight in the village.

Day 6: Vasto/San Salvo
After breakfast, end of services. Individual departure to respective destinations.
