Description

Day 1: Bastia
Individual arrival in Bastia and hotel accommodation. This will give you time to discover the capital of Northern Corsica. The delightful old harbor, the freely accessible citadel, and the old part of the city, offer a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding mountains. In the evening, we recommend a walk around the old harbor to enjoy its vibrant atmosphere.

Day 2: Bastia and Capo Corso (59 km; +1071/-794 m or 79 km; +1357/-1081 m)
After meeting a staff member in Bastia, ready to jump into the saddle to cycle north along the coastal road, which will give you beautiful landscapes on the cliffs and the jagged coast. You will then cross Capo Corso, to reach the west side of the island. During the descent, a magnificent view of the hills covered with Mediterranean scrub and dotted with old crenellated Genoese towers will open up in front of you. The west side of the Cape also hosts some tiny fishing ports, set in sublime turquoise waters.

Day 3: Gulf of San Fiorenzo - Bastia (65 or 67 km)
This morning you will cycle south, towards San Fiorenzo. Depending on the itinerary you choose, you will have the opportunity to cross Patrimonio, the Corsican capital of winemaking, through the challenging Col de Teghime, or take a magnificent little-known secondary road. Both routes offer a breathtaking view of the Gulf. Once you reach San Fiorenzo, you can enjoy a walk along the harbor and the enchanting streets of the city. We also recommend a visit to the citadel. On request, it is also possible to organize a wine tasting in one of the local cellars.

Day 3: Gulf of San Fiorenzo - Lucciana (65 km; +966/-1257 m or 67 km; +1044/-1316 m)
Depending on the route chosen, it is possible to visit the village of Patrimonio, famous throughout Corsica for its vineyards, through the Col de Teghime or a beautiful little-known secondary road. Both routes offer wonderful views of the Gulf of San Fiorenzo. Once you reach San Fiorenzo, you can stroll in the charming harbor and charming streets. Don't miss the citadel, the harbor, and its small shopping streets.

Day 4: Bastia
After breakfast, end of services. On request, possibility of transfer to the port or the airport.
