Description

Day 1: Helsingborg
Individual arrival and check-in at hotel, located in the center of Helsingborg with easy access to the city's main attractions like the medieval watchtower, Kärnan, and the Santa Maria church. A welcoming briefing awaits you in the evening and a bike test (if booked).

Day 2: Helsingborg – Ängelholm (60 km)
Starting with a ride along the Helsingborg waterfront, you'll soon pass by Sofiero Palace and its gardens. The park is a flourishing oasis and was awarded as the Most beautiful park in Europe in 2010. You will then continue along the coast crossing small fishing villages and small boat marinas. The tour will take you to Höganäs, where you can see and buy world-famous Höganäs ceramics, and through the Kulla Peninsula, passing through vineyards and small farm shops, before arriving in Ängelholm.

Day 3: Ängelholm – Halmstad (75 – 95 km)
From Ängelholm, you follow the coast to Vejbystrand, through open meadows and various small coastal communities. At Magnarps Port, you can stop to try a delicious seafood restaurant (well hidden), with breathtaking views of the sea. You will then leave the coast to pedal through the peninsula and towards the beautiful summer town of Båstad. Your journey continues along one of Sweden's longest sandy beaches, passing through Skummeslövsstrand and Mellbystrand. Biking, you will also cross the nature reserves of Tönnrersa and Gullbranna, before reaching Halmstad.

Day 4: Halmstad – Falkenberg (60 km)
Today, Sweden's most famous beach, Tylösand, awaits you. The journey continues to the north, along the coast: the sea, the open countryside, the exciting nature reserves, and lush farmland will accompany you along the next stretch. You will then pass by Ugglarp, a small coastal community rich in vegetable gardens and a beautiful seaside resort. The path leads through the beautiful Grimsholmen to Falkenberg, one of the oldest medieval towns in the Halland region.

Day 5: Falkenberg – Varberg (40 km)
Today you will pass through picturesque fishing villages, artists, and artisans. In Träslövsläge, you can taste fresh lobsters, but also delicious ice cream from the local tradition. Take time to stroll in the oldest part of the city before continuing your bike tour to Varberg, with its imposing fortress.

Day 6: Varberg – Kungsbacka (60 – 70 km)
North of Varberg, the landscape changes: sandy beaches are becoming fewer, while the rocky coast prevails and the first islands begin to appear in the sea. In Åsa, you leave the sea to pedal among cultivated fields and gentle hills, up to Fjärås Bräcka. Take a break to enjoy the view of the lake and the sea, and perhaps visit the Li cemetery, with over 100 stone megaliths. Continuing through fields and horse farms, you finally reach Kungsbacka, a cozy town with an impressive old city.

Day 7: Kungsbacka – Gothenburg (40 – 65 km)
Missed the sea? Don't worry, because today it will accompany you again along your stage. You will pedal towards Vallda and Särö, the former playground of the ancient royal family and high society of Gothenburg. You will then reach the old railway, now transformed into a bike path right by the sea. Cliffs, lush forests, bays, and marinas will accompany you to Gothenburg. Follow the harbor to enter Sweden's second largest city and enjoy the last overnight stay.

Day 8: Gothenburg
After breakfast, the services end and you can depart individually or book one or more extra nights in Gothenburg.
