Description

Day 1: Marina di Ragusa
Individual arrival at Marina di Ragusa, one of the most beautiful seaside towns in south-eastern Sicily. Originally a fishing village, it now occupies a very popular stretch of coast, thanks to its beaches and beautiful sea. Overnight in Marina di Ragusa.

Day 2: Marina di Ragusa – Ispica (48 km; +540 m)
Cycling east, you will cover the coast for the first 25 km, passing through the villages of Donnalucata, Cava d’Aliga, Sampieri, and Marina di Modica. Here you will leave the sea to reach Ispica, immersed in the typical Sicilian countryside characterized by olive trees and carob. Overnight in Ispica.

Day 3: Ispica – Marzamemi (54 km; +245 m)
Today you will return to the coast, cycling along the beaches of Santa Maria del Focallo and the marshes of Pantano Longarini and Pantano Baronello, where you can often observe various species of migratory birds. After passing near the islet of Capo Passero, you reach the final destination of the day, the ancient and picturesque fishing village of Marzamemi. Overnight in Marzamemi.

Day 4: Marzamemi – Noto (38 km; +270 m)
The main stage of today is the Vendicari Nature Reserve, with its beaches and its tuna fishery, where tuna was once fished. An easy ride will then bring you to Lido di Noto, where you will have a chance to take a break and enjoy the sandy beaches, before setting off for your destination: Noto, the Capital of the Baroque. Overnight in Noto.

Day 5: Noto – Syracuse (39 km; +200 m)
The last stage will take you from Noto to Syracuse, one of the noblest and most elegant cities of the entire Mediterranean Sea. Rich in charm, history, and natural landscapes, the city is divided into two: the urban part of the city and Ortigia, a beautiful island, always the most loved by tourists. Syracuse became a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2005. Overnight in Syracuse.

Day 6: Syracuse
After breakfast, end of services and individual departure.
