Description

Day 1: Saint-Malo
Individual arrival in the corsair city of Saint Malo, well worth a visit. Many legends still live on in the narrow streets of the town center, fortified by the military engineer Vauban.

Day 2: Saint-Malo - Le Vivier sur Mer/St Méloir des Ondes (32 or 40 km)
Your first stage starts with a trip along the charming coast of Brittany. Take a moment to admire the breathtaking panorama from Pointe du Grouin, before heading towards the quaint port of Cancale, famous for its exquisite oysters. Here, you can taste these local delicacies. As you pedal with the majestic silhouette of Mont St Michel framing your journey, you will reach Le Vivier sur Mer, the final destination of the day.

Day 3: Le Vivier sur Mer - Pontorson/Mont St Michel (35 or 38 km)
This day is devoted to discovering Mont Saint Michel, The Marvel of the West. This small islet, rising in a bay on the border between Brittany and Normandy, never ceases to fascinate visitors from around the world. Take all the time you need to wander through the medieval streets, lined with half-timbered houses. Indulge in a mystical moment visiting the abbey and lose yourself in its maze of walls. The day concludes with a peaceful bike ride in the Couesnon Valley up to Pontorson.

Day 4: Pontorson - Combourg (49 km)
After a hearty breakfast, you will leave Pontorson to arrive in Combourg. You will cross the rural heart of Brittany, a mosaic of enchanted woods, sparkling lakes, and picturesque villages. In Combourg, don't miss the visit to the castle, which hosted Chateaubriand during his youth, located near the idyllic Lac Tranquille.

Day 5: From Combourg to Dinan (34 or 43 km)
Today you discover the charming hidden villages of inland Brittany, occasionally deviating from the bike path. The aim of the day is the walled city of Dinan, a medieval gem where cobblestone streets and historic houses await to be explored.

Day 6: Dinan - Saint Malo (35 km)
The last bike stage of your trip will take you back to Saint Malo, following the cycle path along the Rance Canal. Don't miss the chance to visit Saint-Suliac, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, and to admire the wonderful Rance Valley before returning to vibrant Saint Malo.

Day 7: Saint-Malo
