Description

Day 1: Strasbourg
Individual arrival in Strasbourg, hotel accommodation and free time to explore the city.

Day 2: Strasbourg - Sélestat (25 or 65 km)
Today you will leave Strasbourg following the Rhone-Rhine canal that will lead you to pedal along its beautiful cycle path in the heart of the Ried until you reach Osthouse or Sélestat, a city that has a rich architectural heritage that includes various Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque-style palaces and houses.

Day 3: Sélestat - Colmar (50 or 65 km)
Today you will travel through the landscapes and villages of the Ried, a region rich in aquatic flora and fauna. You will then arrive in Colmar, the capital of Alsace wine and a city of art, through the Colmar canal cycle path..

Day 4: Colmar - Guebwiller (35 or 45 km)
From Colmar you will follow the Alsace Wine Route. The dreamy wine villages, with their half-timbered houses and magnificent medieval historic centers in the midst of vast vineyards, are perfect places to relax, have fun and taste the typical flavors of this area. Don't miss the chance to contemplate the Isenheim Altarpiece, a Renaissance masterpiece kept in the chapel of the Unterlinden Museum. You will then go to Guebwiller or Westhalten, a wine-producing village located at the foot of the Grand Ballon.

Day 5: Guebwiller - Riquewihr (40 or 50 km)
At the foot of the Vosges nestle the wine villages that are responsible for the reputation of the Alsace Grand Crus: Eguisheim, Turckheim, Kaysersberg and Riquewihr.

Day 6: Riquewihr - Obernai Area (35 or 50 km)
Along the Wine Route you will discover the villages of Hunawihr, Ribeauvillé, Bergheim, Andlau and its abbey, Barr and Obernai.

Day 7: Obernai Area - Strasbourg (40 or 55 km)
Today you will pedal along the cycle path on the banks of the Bruche Canal, until you reach the European capital: Strasbourg. End of the services: individual departure or extension of the stay.
