Day 1: Oristano
Today we get to know each other and assign the bicycles.

Day 2: the Peninsula of Sinis (36 km)
Start your journey by cycling on the Sinis Peninsula with its ponds inhabited by pink flamingos, the bright white quartz beach of Is Arutas and the fascinating Phoenician ruins of Tharros. Then go through the medieval center of Oristano and reach Arborea.

Day 3: the Costa Verde and the Dunes of Piscinas (56 km)
Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Costa Verde, one of the wildest on the island, up to the beach of Piscinas with its dunes up to 50 meters high: the largest in Europe.

Day 4: Arbus – Gonnesa (41 km)
This stage is dedicated to the ancient mining activity of Sardinia, with the fascinating abandoned mines of Ingortosu and Masua. After the enchanting cove of Cala Domestica and the suggestive rock of the Pan di Zucchero, you can enjoy the view of the surprising Nebida laundry immersed in the Mediterranean scrub.

Day 5: Gonnesa – Carloforte island – Calasetta (43 km)
After a beautiful descent to Fontanamare, reach Portoscuso to embark for the island of Carloforte, famous for its bluefin tuna fishing. From Carloforte go to Calasetta on the island of Sant’Antioco, where you stop for the night.

Day 6: Calasetta – Sant’Anna Arresi (40 km)
Today you cycle through the meadows, green in spring and blond in summer, of the island of Sant’Antioco. In Tratalias, the Pisan sanctuary awaits you, one of the most significant monuments of the Sardinian Romanesque. Along the lake of Monte Pranu, breathe the sweetness and quiet of the flat countryside of Sulcis.

Day 7: the Southest Coast (57 km)
The final seal of your tour is the evocative and wild coast of the South, with its white beaches, lush nature and its imposing cliffs: Capo Malfatano with its 16th century tower, Capo Spartivento and Chia. In Nora, visit the ancient Phoenician settlement.
